After his first two singles, Suleimon Shekoni Abiola, popularly known as Khaid, explored the world of Afrobeats, Pop, Amapiano and Trap sounds on his 6-track new EP. Khaid’s affinity for rhythms and melodies served as a bedrock upon which he explored depth of his soul to express everyday life, telling a story of love, heartbreak, and his past life. Reflecting on focus track “FIRE”, Khaid says: “It’s a song I wrote for men to appreciate women. To remember that the woman you don’t appreciate is the same to set another man on fire. So hold your woman good.”
