“TikTok is not an app for kids” – Iyabo Ojo warns parents on sensitive content exposure (Video)
Popular Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo encourages parents on the need to set a limit for their kids on the use of TikTok app.
According to the mother of two, the video sharing platform contains contents which may be too sensitive for kids to view.
Adding to her point, Iyabo Ojo advised on including children’s ages on the app so it would automatically filter content in respect to their age.
”I noticed that a lot of parents especially parents with kids of between 4 to 13 years old allow their kids download TikTok but I don’t think you know they neeed to put their age on it so that they are restricted to certain things they can see on TikTok because TikTok is not an app for kids. A lot of things go on on TikTok and they probably might get confused especially when they get to see a whole lot of things that I don’t think you want to grow up and become,” she said.
