Rema Breaks Davido’s 24-Hour Youtube Record With ‘Calm Down’ Remix!

Rema has set a new record on Youtube as he became the only Nigerian artist to achieve the feat with his music video on Youtube in 24 hours.

With the successful release of the music video to the hit song ‘Calm Down’ remix, which features Selena Gomez, Rema holds the record as the only Nigerian artist in history to have the most viewed on Youtube 24 hours after its release on Wednesday, September 7, 2022.

The video garnered precisely 3.333,043 million views in the first 24 hours of its release. The music video that had held the record of the most viewed in 24 hours had previously been by Davido with his record-smashing Fem, which gathered 3 million views on youtube in the first 24 hours.
